Our Story
Rich's journey to ownership began over two decades ago in the early 2000s as a service advisor at a busy dealership in Ohio. Over the years, he gained invaluable experience in every facet of dealership operations - from service leadership and fixed operations to managing used car sales and ultimately serving as a General Manager and Managing Partner across multiple manufacturers including Ford, Toyota, Chevrolet, and Nissan. This extensive background fuels our commitment to providing a seamless, trustworthy car-buying experience.
Beyond the dealership, Rich, along with his wife Marie and their two sons, Hunter and Nolan, have cultivated 5 Star Farms, LLC since 2014. This family farm specializes in raising prime meats, including Wagyu, teaching discipline and work ethic that extend into every part of their lives. Hunter and Nolan excel both in academics and athletics, embodying the values of hard work and community spirit that define our dealership.
